The Segway was created by Dean Kamer. He said this thing will revolutionize the world. The electric vehicle was available in 2001. The creator has a concept similar to bicycles. Someone who walks a lot needs this thing to alleviate the distance that he walks for work. For example, the police man uses the Segway to patrol around the city. Everybody might think that the Segway will popular in the future. On the other hand, It’s not. The creator gave an explanation about this case that most people usually have a mind-set. They won’t accept anything new. Many research seem to agree with him. People think that the function of this electric vehicle is hard to use.
I think human cannot accept the Segway because they usually estimate it in bad way. Evidently, people like to stick with the old things. Sometimes they might see the benefit of the Segway but it hard for them to receive a function and use it.
